Sneakers

Fit varies by brand: PHILIPP PLEIN sneakers usually run large, so if you’re unsure we recommend going one size down. For other brands, please check the product page or contact customer service.

If your item doesn’t fit, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn with all tags attached. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.

Shipping Fees

• Home delivery: free shipping on orders of NT$3,000 or more; otherwise a NT$140 shipping fee applies.
• Convenience store pickup (7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart): free shipping on orders of NT$1,500 or more; otherwise a NT$70 shipping fee applies.

Convenience Store Pickup (7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart)

※ Please note:

• Enter the recipient’s full legal name exactly as it appears on their ID, and a correct mobile number, so you can collect the parcel and receive notifications.
• Convenience store pickup orders must be paid online at checkout (credit card, Apple Pay or ATM transfer). Cash on pickup is not available.
• Parcels not collected in time will be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur an additional shipping fee.
• If an item exceeds the convenience store size or weight limits (e.g. large bags or shoe boxes), our customer service team will contact you to switch to home delivery.
• Convenience store pickup is available at stores on Taiwan’s main island only.

Home delivery is not available in the following areas:

• Yilan County – Diaoyutai Islands (all)
• South China Sea Islands – Dongsha (all), Nansha (all)
• Penghu County – Magong (Hujing Island, Tongpan Island), Wang’an (all), Qimei (all), Baisha (Dacang Island, Yuanbei Island, Niao Island, Jibei Island)
• Kinmen County – Lieyu (Dadan Island, Erdan Island), Wuqiu (all)
• Taitung County – Orchid Island (all)

※ Note: We do not ship between outlying islands, or within the same outlying island.
For example, as Matsu and Penghu are both outlying islands, we cannot ship from Matsu to Penghu, or between locations within Matsu.

Enter the 12-digit delivery / waybill number shown on your shipping label to check your parcel’s status. Enter numbers only — do not include “-”, Chinese characters or full-width numbers.

Convenience store pickup: Once your order ships, your shipping confirmation email will include the logistics tracking number. You can track it on the 7-ELEVEN or FamilyMart parcel tracking page, or check your order status in your account.

Shipping Schedule

Orders ship Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
