How are shipping costs calculated?

Free delivery to your door for orders over NT$3,888 ; otherwise, a delivery fee of NT$140 will be charged.

How can I check my order status?

After the order is completed, the system will send an order confirmation email and a notification email when the order is shipped.

What should I do if no one is home to receive my package upon delivery?

If no one is available to receive the package, Black Cat Delivery will contact the recipient again and arrange for redelivery at the recipient's convenience.

Can I use the convenience store pickup service?

Sure! If you are not home when the goods are delivered, you are welcome to use the home delivery service or the Black Cat pickup station service.

You can pick up your package at a 7-ELEVEN store or Black Cat pickup station at your convenience.

Why did customer service tell me the product was out of stock after I placed the order?

This situation occurs because retail stores are continuously selling the products, while online orders are processed by designated personnel at specific times each day. Therefore, it is possible that the product may be sold out after you complete your order.

If any item is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the next steps . We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We suggest you become a member and enable in-stock notifications. You will be notified immediately when the item is restocked.
