The website offers a seven-day free trial period for products (including holidays), which is not a trial period. If the product is unopened, unused, or damaged (excluding product defects), you can apply for a return.

We offer a one-time free replacement service for defective or incorrectly shipped new products . Once an exchange is made, returns are not possible. To return or exchange an item, please contact customer service within seven days of receiving the product, specifying the name of the item to be returned or replaced and the reason for the return or exchange. Our staff will handle the subsequent procedures according to your situation.

For returns and exchanges, please ensure the original product and gifts are unwashed and have all tags intact , and return them properly packaged in the original cardboard box. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the product is incomplete or damaged due to improper packaging.

If the return is confirmed, we will contact the courier to collect the goods from you at the designated pickup time.
